Elaine began her career with Grant Thornton PLC before moving into the fast-paced world of multinational advertising and marketing. With a solid grounding in finance and business operations, she quickly carved out a reputation for strategic oversight and sharp commercial thinking.
A Blend of Corporate & Entrepreneurial Experience
After years in the corporate sector, Elaine took her expertise to the education world in specialist teaching roles, then went on to successfully manage a thriving holiday lettings and property management business in the South West — combining customer focus with operational precision.

Today, Elaine oversees the vital operational side of Busy Energy. From training and compliance to HR, finance and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality), she ensures the business runs smoothly, safely and in line with all regulatory standards.
